Please note:

• All papers must be presented at the conference, preferably in person as Oral or Poster presentations (according to the final Program chairs notification) or remotely if attendance on site is not possible.
  At least one author for each accepted paper must be registered to the LREC-COLING 2024 Main Conference at the in person fees rate (even if the paper is presented remotely) by the early registration deadline.
  Failure to register will result in the cancellation of the paper’s publication in LREC-COLING 2024 Proceedings.

• Registration fees to the Main Conference do not cover the registration to Workshop(s) and/or Tutorial(s) which should be added individually. It is possible to participate only to workshop paying the workshop fee only.

• Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. To benefit from the student status, students must provide a proof of their academic standing (student ID or certificate for 2023-2024, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), as a file (pdf, gif, jpg, png) during the registration process.

• Extra Gala dinner tickets are available for accompanying persons and can be purchased during registration.
